Booths/Tables include: Hydro (one 110 volt – max. 15 amp), 8’ black back draping, website and social media exposure, listing in show program and exhibitor badges. Tables, chairs, carpeting and extension cords not included for booths.

By selecting this box, I understand and agree that the set-up time as scheduled by the Chamber will begin on Friday, April 25, 2025 (noon onwards) and all materials will be removed no later than 11:00 pm, Sunday, April 27, 2025.

I also agree to abide by all terms and conditions as outlined on this page. Any errors or omissions on the above information are my own responsibility.

I agree to supply the Aurora Chamber with a copy of my Third Party Liability Insurance Certificate.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Schedule: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount is calculated based on the total estimated cost of the event. Payment Deadline: The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid in full by March 8, 2024. Failure to make payment in full disqualifies you from entering the event. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cheque, cash or credit card. An invoice will be emailed to you.

You have the option to Pay in Full or Pay a 50% Deposit, with the remaining 50% to be paid by March 7, 2025..
